One of the key drivers of continuous change and development is the ability to identify existing problems and find appropriate solutions to them. In this way, the desired quality will be achieved both in the education system and in the teaching and learning process at the elementary school level. With this belief, the workshop was also intended to serve as a crucial step in bringing together theory and practice, faculty and school, academics and teachers, prospective teachers and teachers, and elementary school students. In line with this belief and objective, the workshop analyzed eight distinct dimensions related to the education and teaching process at the elementary school level in Turkey, as outlined below, across a total of 17 workshop tables. Current challenges were identified, and solutions to these challenges were proposed. The eight different dimensions analyzed with a focus on problems are as follows:

• Transition from Preschool to Elementary School
  • Assessment and Evaluation in Elementary School
  • Instructional Technologies and Material Design in Elementary School
  • Educational Management and Supervision in Elementary School
  • Guidance Services in Elementary School
  • Teacher Training for Elementary School
  • Transition from Elementary to Middle School
  • Elementary School Curricula: Turkish, Life Skills, Social Studies, Science, Mathematics, Foreign Language, Religious Culture and Ethics, Physical Education and Games, Visual Arts, and Music.
